How scoring works in 7 Wonders Duel

  1. Military: the player whose opponent’s side the conflict pawn is on scores 2, 5 or 10 VP depending on how far the pawn advanced (spaces 1–2, 3–5 or 6–8). Reaching the capital is an immediate military victory.
  2. Civilian buildings (blue): score the VP printed on each card.
  3. Scientific buildings (green): score the VP printed on each card. Collecting 6 different scientific symbols is an immediate scientific victory.
  4. Commercial buildings (yellow): some Age III yellow cards give VP.
  5. Guilds (purple): each guild scores 1 VP per card of a given type (or per 3 coins) in whichever city has more of them.
  6. Wonders: score the VP printed on each Wonder you constructed.
  7. Progress tokens: Agriculture 4 VP, Philosophy 7 VP, Mathematics 3 VP for each progress token you own (including itself).
  8. Treasury: 1 VP for every 3 coins, rounded down.
  9. Highest total wins. Ties are broken by civilian (blue) points.

Good to know

  • This calculator is for the end-of-Age-III civilian victory only. Military supremacy (pawn reaches the capital) and scientific supremacy (6 different symbols) end the game immediately without counting points.

Frequently asked questions

How do you count points in 7 Wonders Duel?

Add military VP (2/5/10 by pawn position), VP on blue, green, yellow and purple cards, Wonder VP, progress token VP and 1 VP per 3 coins. The higher total wins; ties go to the player with more blue-card points.

How many points is the military track worth?

Only the player who pushed the conflict pawn onto the opponent’s side scores: 2 VP in the first zone (1–2 spaces), 5 VP in the second (3–5), 10 VP in the third (6–8). Space 9 is the capital and a military victory.

Do coins count for points in 7 Wonders Duel?

Yes. Every 3 coins in your treasury are worth 1 VP (round down). The calculator converts coins for you.
